Project Overview

The New Ways of Working (NWofW) project aims to deliver Portfolio Management process improvement tools. The Digital, Strategy and Portfolio Management Division defined requirements to advance and mature Portfolio Management practices to better support successful outcomes of the Digital Operating Plan. The initiative includes build, roll out, and maintenance of centralized applications and tools for Resource Capacity Management and Resource Demand Planning, Project/Product Governance / Gating, and Prioritization and unplanned New Work Intake (NWI).
